Data Deletion Instructions

If you have interacted with a business using Botomait's CRM or WhatsApp automation, or have submitted information through this website, you can request that we delete your personal data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@botomait.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including:

• Your name and phone number (or email) associated with the data.
• The name of the business you interacted with, if applicable.

What Happens Next

We will confirm receipt of your request within [N] business days and complete the deletion within [N] days, except where we are required to retain certain information by law. We will send a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Scope

This process covers personal data processed by Botomait on behalf of our business clients, including data received through WhatsApp automation. For data a business holds outside of Botomait's platform, please contact that business directly.
